Board Meetings are usually held the Third Monday of each month at the Nanaimo office from 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm. Occasionally meetings are held elsewhere within our region, please call 756-2022 or, 1-888-480-2273 to confirm. Please indicate on the form below if you would consider being a volunteer at functions in your community; like an email copy of each months board minutes; be interested in becoming a board member; or to receive reminders of upcoming Board meetings and events. WANTED! Society Members - By becoming a member of the Society you will have the opportunity to vote for who will represent you on the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting usually held in the fall.. In addition, you may wish to become even more involved and become a Board Member. By becoming a Board member you will be directly involved in making decisions that affect delivery of services to children, parents and caregivers. Click here for more information about Board duties.
